Kitson Vincent studied at Liason College Culinary School and worked in various Toronto restaurants before moving to Florence to become a chef. He has a passion for bringing happiness to family and friends through cooking. “I want to offer people a unique sandwich experience, I want them to come back over and over again because they are not able to get sandwiches this good anywhere else in Toronto.”
Working alongside Vincent is Executive Chef Ava Kerr. Ava attended Humber College to become a chef and continued her culinary studies at George Brown College in Food and Nutrition Management. “I have been cooking for over 10 years, it is my passion. I am honoured and excited to give Toronto the best gourmet sandwiches they have ever had!”
